Install “Truecaller or Hiya phone app” to block all overseas countries except your own country, block everyone except those on your contacts.

Tell your friends, colleagues and family to only call you using their mobile phone no that they have given to you.

Tell them not to call you between 5 pm to 7 pm.

Disconnect home phone number.

When you pick up the phone call, don’t speak. Don’t say yes. Ask “Who are you.”

If you don’t know the person, hang up.
